OVERVIEW

The 2016 SPEC Leadership Conference “Working Together” is an educational and training event with topics focused on school admissions, operations, and growth. Breakout content will be tailored to the specific stage your school is at whether you are new or preparing to open or a seasoned location looking to grow or add another campus.

We will have our annual Awards Banquet to celebrate the achievements of the past year and recognize excellence within our franchise family. The weekend will cap off with peer-to-peer learning during our directed round-table discussions. Feel free to stay a few extra days and enjoy the beautiful resort and the amazing environment of Sonoran Desert.

You’ll be directed to the SPEC Franchise Room Block for the We-Ko-Pa Resort at our conference rate of $164/night +tax & resort fee.

 

TRAVEL CONSIDERATIONS:

The event begins the morning of Friday, October 28th so plan to arrive on Thursday, the 27th. The event ends by Noon on Sunday the 30th to accommodate a same-day departure if you choose.

If you are staying for the Salon Masterminds class after the close of the conference, please note that the class will end at approximately 4pm on Sunday when making your travel plans.
