The 2016 SPEC Leadership Conference “Working Together” is an educational and training event with topics focused on school admissions, operations, and growth. Breakout content will be tailored to the specific stage your school is at whether you are new or preparing to open or a seasoned location looking to grow or add another campus.
We will have our annual Awards Banquet to celebrate the achievements of the past year and recognize excellence within our franchise family. The weekend will cap off with peer-to-peer learning during our directed round-table discussions
This year our training will take place at the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center in just outside Phoenix, AZ. Vendors participate in all three days of the conference and in addition to breaks, lunches, social events, and the awards show, we have scheduled “vendor interaction” time as part of their training – recognizing that the goods and services you provided greatly help grow success in our Academies. We now have over 40 school locations across the US and Canada including a handful under our new L’Oreal Professionnel brand, Elevate Salon Institute!

Each Registration Level comes with either one or two meal plans that includes dinner at the Awards Banquet. Vendor setup is October 27th from 10am to 6pm, with the vendor meeting beginning at 6pm. Vendor tear-down begins at 12:30pm on Sunday the 30th to accommodate a same-day departure if you choose.
